LAVA IRIS PRO 30

Lava an entry level phone manufacturer who is currently trying to become an company with billion turnover launched a new smartphone that claims to be world's lightest smartphone. The phone only weighs 114gm which is the lightest among phones having screen size 4.7 or greater. The smartphone will cost you 16k in India which is around 200$. The phone runs on Android 4.2 jellybean OS. The software got some additions from lava like voice and face unlocking, flip to mute and lift to answer call.

The 4.7 inch display is 1280X720  resolution (312 ppi). The display is OGS (one glass solution) manufactured by SHARP. OGS is  laminating the gorilla glass to make it thinner and it explains how lava kept Iris pro 30  7.5 mm slim. The content  adaptive backlight of the phone males the screen to use 30 % less battery than usual and it  may be the reason why Lava stick with 2000 Mah battery.
The phone is powered by a 1.2 GHZ quad Core processor PowerVR SGX544 GPU. The phone Is OTG enabled which allows it to read data directly from a USB and you can use keyboard and mouse as input devices.
The Rear camera of the phone is 8 MP with BSI sensor and dual LED flash you can use it for 1080 p video recording and  shoot 4 directional panorama. The camera also features all common tings like Face detection . The front camera of the phone is 3 MP and you can use it for video calling.

The phone will be available in India from next week . and  it is said to be a completion for  MOTO G and all other entry level smartphones
