Lumia Black update started rolling out

Lumia Black Update (include GDR3) started rolling out in most of the countries .The update include major changes like smaller live tiles., Better hardware support, Screen rotation lock etc. which were provided by Windows and some other important stuff from Nokia which we will discuss below. Nokia Lumia 525,1320 and 1520 already ship with Lumia Black Update.




Here are the new features that comes with Lumia black update and check GDR3 for features that are provided by GDR3 update

• APP FOLDER Just like Android and IOS  you can now create folders in Home screen place any number of live tiles in them if you want less number of tiles on your home screen.
• Bluetooth LE Almost all Lumia phones with Windows phone 8 Comes with Bluetooth 4.0LE which enables you to connect with varies fitness Gadgets and much more
• Nokia Glance Screen 2.0 Nokia introduced a new feature named glance screen at Amber update this Feature allows you to wake up your screen for short time to check things like clock, missed calls,texts, email, calendar, appointments  and notifications from popular apps like Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp and other familiar messengers.
• Nokia Refocus on the first look of Lumia 1520 we mentioned Refocus a new feature that allows you to shift the focus in the image to background and foreground even after taking the snap. Since it is not a simple task only the phones with RAM of 1 GB and above will be able to perform it.
• Nokia Beamer enables you to mirror your display to TV/laptop using WIFI DIRECT by scanning a QR Code produced at screen.Like Refocus it supports only phones with 1 GB or above
• Nokia Storyteller  organise your photos in maps using Geotagging
• Nokia camera combination of smart cam and pro cam to form better camera experience. It was available for pureview phones but through Lumia Black update it will be available for all phones. Nokia also enables latest imaging algorithms which will reduce noise in images.

Nokia 1020 and 925 were the first to get this update all other phones will get it later on this month.
