LG G PAD 8.3 is shipped with  Android 4.4 and you will be able to install Android 4.4.2 update.The Tablet comes in size of 8.3 inches which is perfect for people who think 7 inches is too small and 10 inches is too big.The back panel of the tablet is too smooth, some people will like it and some will prefer much rougher surface.

The display of the tab is FULL HD IPS touch screen just like Earlier version of it.

The OS of the phone is Stock Android 4.4. You will be missing Out some features like QuickRemote (Turn your phone to a universal Remote), Knockon,Multi user etc which were available in LG EDITION of the Tab.
The Tab is powered by 1.7 GHZ snapdragon 600 processor While NEXUS 7 is powered by 1.5 GHZ Quad Core snapdragon s4 pro processor, Still the time taken by both the tabs to open apps remain almost equal time. mean while LG's Edition of G PAD 8.3 took few mare seconds to load the same apps.
