MOTOROLA MOTO G
Motorola Owned by GOOGLE is still searching for it's lost place in smartphone market. The MOTO X an high end released by Motorola with high expectations failed to impress people. Motorola after the failure of MOTO X switched there technique to that of by NEXUS that is low budget smartphones. MOTO G will be available at an affordable price of $180 in countries like US,Brazil, Peru. The phone will be available in India from January. The major challenge faced by Motorola is the phone will not be launched at
China where government banned some google services like PLAY STORE. The phone is currently running on Android 4.3 Jelly bean but Google promised an update to Android Kitkat soon.
Motorola provided an clean and clear user interface just like NEXUS phones with no Interfaces like Samsung TOUCHWIZ OR HTC SENSE.The phone runs on Android 4.3 jelly bean for now but the update to 4.4 will be rolled out on January hopefully. Rather than the Dual core processor used at MOTO X(1.7 GHZ) it has an Quad core processor clocked at 1.2 GHZ . The internal memory of the phone is 8/16 GB and there is no MICRO SD support it is a big deal if you are planning to download bulk music and save lot of games etc.. on it. The memory provided by Google Drive is 65 GB personally I don't think anyone is going to use 65 GB cloud storage on there mobile.

The MOTO G looks exactly like MOTO X with it's curvings the only difference is MOTO G is 4.5 inches and MOTO X is 4.7 inches. Even though it has smaller display it weighs more than MOTO X . When it comes to colour the MOTO G is highly customisable with many options and a smart wood case .

The Camera of the phone is 5 MP which may be low but you can't ask for more at an price of 180 dollars. The camera has some tricks off it's on like the HDR,Panoroma,Burst mode and the ability to shoot slow motion videos etc... The 1.3 MP front camera is enough for video calling.
The Google now feature is also available on MOTO G just like MOTO X and NEXUS .

VERDICT
The competition in entry level smart phone market will heat up after the launch of MOTO G. Motorola told they will get some profit although it's not huge by selling it.
